§ 111.04  RATES AND FARES TO BE POSTED.
   Every taxicab operated within the town or operated between the town and points unincorporated within a radius of 5 miles of the town shall have at all times prominently posted and displayed in the taxicab, so as to be visible to the passengers therein, the rates and fares for the use of the cab.
