(A) Users of all parks and recreation facilities shall adhere to not only this chapter, but also to any rules and regulations set by the Town of Fairmont Board of Commissioners.
(B) The Police Department shall have the authority to eject from any facility any person acting in violation of the rules and regulations posted.
(C) It is prohibited to interfere with or hinder any Town of Fairmont employee or contracted individual from performing their official duties.
