(A) This chapter may be enforced by an appropriate equitable remedy issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
(B) No person shall interfere with, hinder or molest the Animal Control Officer or any agents or employees of the Animal Control Program, or the Robeson County Public Health Director or his or her designee, in their performance of any duties under this chapter, nor seek to release any animal in the custody of the same or of the animal shelter unless otherwise specifically authorized by law. The penalty for a violation of this section shall be as set forth in § 94.99 below.
