§ 94.32 FAILURE TO SURRENDER ANIMAL FOR CONFINEMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to surrender any animal for confinement as required in this chapter, when demand is made therefor by the Code Enforcement Officer, Department of Public Works and law enforcement or the County Health Director.
