§ 90.047 STREETLIGHTS AND DEVELOPER’S COSTS.
   (A)   Streetlights shall be installed and maintained by the town in accordance with policies and designs approved by the Board.

   (B)   Developers shall be assessed, when applicable, as abutting property owners for the cost of street improvements done by the town.
