§ 90.043 OPENING AND IMPROVING STREETS WITHOUT PETITION.
   It shall be wholly discretionary with the Board whether any street improvement work is necessary or desirable and shall be done or not. The Board may at its sole discretion make any street improvement and pay the cost thereof from revenues received by the town without the involvement of petition or assessment.
