§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 73.16 shall result in a $50 fine. The Police Department shall place a notice on the vehicle notifying the owner or operator of the vehicle that the vehicle has been parked in violation of the provisions of § 73.16.
