§ 71.08  AUTHORITY TO SIGN 1-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   Whenever any ordinance designates any 1-way street or alley there shall be signs giving notice thereof, and no regulation shall be effective unless signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
