(A) Contractors, commercially-hired laborers and similar persons who desire to use the town’s landfill shall pay a nominal fee in the amount established by the Town Manager. Those persons shall not be allowed on the landfill until the fee is paid.
(B) Contractors, commercially-hired laborers and similar persons shall not be allowed on the landfill unless they possess a current privilege license.
