§ 52.08  TRANSPORTATION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE BY PRIVATE CITIZENS.
   No person shall engage in the business of collecting, handling or transporting over or along any of the streets, alleys or other public ways in the town any garbage or refuse without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Board.
