§ 52.07  BURNING OR BURYING GARBAGE AND REFUSE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to burn or set fire to or bury any garbage or refuse for the purpose of disposal. (1988 Code, § 19-7)  Penalty, see § 52.99
