The purpose of this subchapter is to establish an orderly process to develop land within the Town of Fairmont. It is also the intent of this subchapterto provide a clear and understandable development process that is fair and equitable to all interests, including the applicants/petitioners, affected neighbors, town staff, related agencies, the Planning Board and the Town Board of Commissioners. The development review process applies to all development actions within the planning jurisdiction.
