§ 154.395 ADOPTION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This chapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after July 18, 2023. This chapter is duly adopted by the Fairmont Town Board of Commissioners, in the State of North Carolina, on July 18, 2023.
