§ 154.377 AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION.

This subchapter is hereby adopted under the authority and provisions of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Chapter 160D, Article 8. The regulations contained herein shall govern each and every subdivision within the town's planning and zoning jurisdiction including the municipal jurisdiction and the extraterritorial jurisdiction. For similar state law provisions, refer to G.S. §§ 160D-801 and 160D-802.
