§ 51.40 LAYING OF UTILITY LINES.
   After the Board shall have approved the application for the connection of any proposed privately owned utility line or system with the public utility lines or systems of the town, the applicant at his or her own cost and expense and without unnecessary delay shall furnish, construct and lay the utility lines as approved by the Board without cost or expense to the town. Utility lines shall be laid and constructed according to the standards and specifications, and shall be of the character, size, quality and durability as prescribed by the town through and by its proper officials and employees, and shall be subject to the approval of the town through its proper officers or employees.
