§ 154.349 WIRELESS FACILITIES AND WIRELESS SUPPORT STRUCTURES IN EXISTENCE ON THE DATE OF ADOPTION OF THIS CHAPTER.
   Wireless facilities and wireless support structures that were legally permitted on or before the date this chapter was enacted shall be considered a permitted and lawful use.
