All holders of a pre-treatment permit for fats, oils or greases shall submit the record of maintenance of the grease interceptors/traps to the Pre-treatment Coordinator as required by the permit. Failure to comply with the reporting requirements is a violation of this subchapter which may result in, but is not limited to, increased inspections and fines.
