§ 154.111 SUBDIVISION APPROVALS.

The Board of Commissioners shall follow quasi-judicial procedure when deciding on subdivision approvals. See §§ 154.375 through 154.460 for procedures for review and approval of subdivision plats. For similar state law provisions, refer to G.S. §§ 160D-405(a) and 160D-406(a).
