§ 154.072 OTHER ADVISORY BOARDS.

The Town of Fairmont may establish by ordinance additional advisory boards as deemed appropriate. The ordinance establishing such boards shall specify the composition and duties of such board and shall make conflict of interest regulations applicable to members of such boards. For similar state law provisions, refer to G.S. § 160D-306.
