§ 154.040 RELATIONSHIP OF ZONING MAP TO COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN.
   It is the intention of the Board of Commissioners that this chapter implement the planning policies adopted by the elected board for the town, as reflected in the Town of Fairmont Comprehensive Land Use Plan and other planning documents. For similar state law provisions, refer to G.S. § 160D-701.
