The registration required by this article shall show the following information, to be given by the applicant for registration as a solicitor or ascertained by the City Clerk:
Name of solicitor, age, weight, color of hair, color of eyes, and other distinguishing marks or indications, home address of solicitor, street, number, county, state and country; full local address of solicitor; articles or services or subscriptions to be offered the public, with the true, correct and full address of each firm or concern represented by the applicant for registration; the authentic signature of the applicant.
The City Clerk may require such other reasonable information as to the identity of any applicant under this article, and the character of his business, and the method or plan of solicitation, as is proper to fulfill the purposes of this article in the protection of the public against fraud. The City Clerk may require the applicant to give the registration data required by this article under oath.
