705.07 DISPLAY OF CERTIFICATE

The owner or exhibitor shall display the license certificate provided for by this article, to be obtained from the City Clerk, at the place where the device is exhibited or used.

No person shall exhibit any device regulated by this article if the license certificate for the current month is not conspicuously at or near the device.
