(a) Whoever violates Section 537.01 shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 537.06 or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty days, or both. Each day that a violation continues or has not been totally abated shall be deemed a separate offense.
