No person shall knowingly sell any diseased, corrupted or unwholesome provisions, either food or drink, within the City without making the same known to the buyer.
No person shall adulterate for the purpose of selling anything intended for food or drink, or knowingly sell or barter anything intended for food or drink which is not what it is intended to be or what it is sold for.
