535.02 MUNICIPAL PARKS.
   No person shall:
   (a)    Willfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with or displace or remove any building, bridge, table, bench, fireplace, railing, fence, playground equipment, pavement, water line or appurtenance thereof, sign, notice, placard or other structure, equipment facility or Municipal park property whatsoever, either real or personal.
   (b)    Damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree or plant, or injure the bark thereof, dig or otherwise disturb grass areas in a Municipal park.
   (c)    Dump or deposit or leave in a Municipal park any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage or refuse or other trash and the same shall be placed in proper receptacles where provided and where not so provided, shall be carried away and properly disposed of elsewhere.
   (d)    Fail to comply with all applicable provisions of vehicle traffic laws, or park in areas other than as designated for parking in a Municipal park.
   (e)    Have brought alcoholic beverages into a Municipal park, nor shall any person drink alcoholic beverages at any time in the park.
   (f)    Expose or offer for sale in a Municipal park articles or things except by a duly licensed concessionaire.
