535.01 MUNICIPAL BOAT DOCKS.
   No person shall:
   (a)    Use the Municipal boat docks for dockage or other similar purpose for any period exceeding fifteen minutes.
   (b)    Use the Municipal boat docks between the posted closing hour at night and the posted opening hour the following morning.
   (c)    Swim, bath or wade in any waters or waterway within thirty yards of the Municipal boat docks; jump or dive from such docks.
   (d)    Fish in any waters or waterway whether by use of hook-and-line, net, trap or other device from the Municipal boat docks.
   (e)    Drink any alcoholic beverage on the Municipal boat docks.
   (f)    Leave trash in the nature of boxes, papers, cans, bottles, garbage or other refuse on the Municipal boat docks, and the same shall be placed in the disposal receptacles where provided. If no such trash receptacles are available, then such refuse shall be carried away from the dock area to be properly disposed of elsewhere.
   (g)    Navigate, direct or handle any boat in such a manner as to unjustifiably or unnecessarily annoy or frighten or endanger the occupants of any other boat moored to the Municipal boat docks or the occupants of the dock.
