533.08 PLACING PAINT OR OTHER DEFACING MATERIALS ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.

   No person shall place paint or other material or substance on any street or sidewalk of the City, the effect of which is to alter the appearance or deface such street or sidewalk and create slippery, unsafe or unsightly condition, without first having obtained permission from the City Manager.
