(a) No person shall unlawful, but not feloniously, take and carry away or destroy, injure or deface any property, real or personal, not his own.
(b) No person shall destroy, injure or deface or cause to inflict any damage to any public monument, building, structure, and/or facility, within the corporate limits of the City by means of a wheeled recreation apparatus commonly referred to as a skate board, bicycle, tricycle, unicycle, roller blade, in line skate, roller skate and/or any other apparatus of like kind or nature.
(c) Unless specifically designated by the City for such purpose, no person shall skateboard, in line skate, roller blade, bicycle, tricycle, unicycle, or operate any wheeled recreation apparatus of any kind or nature or cause any such wheeled recreation apparatus to be operated on any public monument, building, structure or facility, or any portion thereof, or appurtenance thereunto belonging, including, but not limited to walkways, stairs, steps, ramps, commons areas, improvements, or any adjacent parking facility and/or parking structure.
