(a) Prohibited From Entering Premises Where Liquors Sold. No minor shall enter any liquor establishment or place where intoxicating liquors are sold for the purpose of soliciting, buying or offering to buy, either verbally or in writing, intoxicating liquors or drinks of any kind, or for any other purpose.
(b) Misrepresenting Age. No minor shall, in soliciting, buying or offering to buy any intoxicating liquor or drink in any liquor establishment or place where intoxicating liquors are sold, misrepresent his true age, or represent that he is of or more than eighteen years of age when in fact such person is not.
(c) Purchase or Acceptance of Intoxicating Drinks. No minor shall, in any liquor establishment or place where intoxicating liquors are sold, cause to be delivered to him, either by soliciting or by purchasing the same, any intoxicating drink of any character.
