509.06 SOUND PRODUCING APPARATUS.

No vehicle equipped with sound, musical, loud-speaking or other loud noise producing devices or apparatus shall be operated upon the streets or other places within the City, except after first having obtained permission from the City Manager or Chief of Police and under such restrictions as he or they may impose.
