505.01 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.

No person who owns, harbors or keeps any dog or other animal shall permit the same to run at large within the City. Any person who owns, harbors or keeps dogs or other animals within the City shall have the same confined on the premises or when off the premises shall be on a proper leash under physical control of the owner or person designated by the owner.
