361.08 SELLING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (a)   Displaying such vehicle for sale.
   (b)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
