351.06 OPERATOR OR CHAUFFEUR LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, except those hereinafter expressly exempted, shall drive any motor vehicle upon a street or highway in this City or upon any subdivision street, as used in West Virginia Code Article 8-24 when the use of such subdivision street is generally used by the public unless the person has a valid license as an operator or chauffeur under the provisions of this Traffic Code.
   No person shall drive a motor vehicle as a chauffeur unless he holds a valid chauffeur's license. No person shall receive a chauffeur's license unless and until he surrenders to the Department of Motor Vehicles any operator's license issued to him or an affidavit that he does not possess an operator's license.
   Any person holding a valid chauffeur’s license hereunder need not procure an operator’s license.
   Any person licensed as an operator or chauffeur as provided in this Traffic Code may exercise the privilege thereby granted as provided in this Traffic Code and, except as otherwise provided by law, shall not be required to obtain any other license to exercise such privilege.
