333.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates Section 333.12 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, and for a second or subsequent offense shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both.
