333.11 REVOCATION PROCEDURES.

The Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles will afford a hearing for a person whose license to operate a motor vehicle has been suspended. The scope and procedures for such a hearing is more fully set out in and controlled by West Virginia Code Article 17C-5A.
