173.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Fairmont-Marion Transit Authority shall be a public corporation, expressly invested with all of the powers and charged with all of the duties and responsibilities, and subject to all of the rights of the participating governments, as authorized and provided by West Virginia Code Article 8-27.
