A Records Management and Preservation Advisory Committee is hereby established to advise the Administrator to perform such other duties as this article requires. The Records Management and Preservation Committee shall be composed of the following members: The Clerk, Finance Director, the City Attorney, Municipal Judge, and the City Manager. The City Manager shall serve as committee chairman and the Clerk shall serve as committee secretary. The Committee shall adopt rules for conduct of its business and shall meet whenever called by the Administrator.
