160.08 POWERS AND AUTHORITY REGARDING INDEBTEDNESS; SURPLUSES; EXEMPTION FROM TAXATION; FUNDS; PROPERTY.

The Commission shall have plenary power and authority as prescribed in West Virginia Code 8-33-5 to 8-33-12 concerning the indebtedness of the Commission; disposition of surplus of the Commission; property, bonds and obligations of the Commission; contributors; funds and accounts; reports and audits; sale of property; and workmen's compensation.
