160.04 TERM OF BOARD.

Of the initial members appointed to the board, one member shall be appointed for a term of one year, one member shall be appointed for a term of two years, one member shall be appointed for a term of three years, one member shall be appointed for a term of four years, and one member shall be appointed for a term of five years. As the term of each initial appointee expires, the successor to fill the vacancy created by such expired term shall be appointed for a term of five years.
