159.03 SAVINGS CLAUSE.

The adoption of this article shall not, by express act or implication, cause the repeal of Ordinance No. 239, as codified as Article 159 of the Fairmont City Code and any action taken by the Sanitary Board under authority of the former enactment or codification shall be and is hereby saved.
