157.07 MEETINGS; QUORUM.

The Planning Commission shall fix the time for holding regular meetings, but it shall meet at least quarterly and may meet more frequently at the request of the president or by two or more members.

The provisions of West Virginia Code §8A-2-7 and 8A-2-8 shall govern special meetings and quorums.
