1769.05 ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS; FORMS.

(a) The Chief Building Code Official, or his designees shall have the authority and responsibility to promulgate reasonable regulations for the administration of this Article; provided however, that any registration fee shall be established by council by ordinance.

(b) The registration of all vacant buildings shall be on forms provided by the Chief Building Code Official. (Ord. 1659. Passed 9-8-15.)
