(a) Manner of Parking. When motor vehicle parking spaces on public streets and in off street parking lots or other parking facilities owned, maintained or under the control of the City of Fairmont have been designated or demarcated by lines or other appropriate markings:
(1) No vehicle shall be parked, stopped, nor shall it stand or be permitted to stand in any manner except in such a manner so that the motor vehicle is entirely within a single designated or demarcated parking space; and/or
(2) No vehicle shall be parked, stopped, nor shall it stand or be permitted to stand in any manner which shall obstruct, impede or interfere with the free movement of motor vehicles to and from any other designated or demarcated parking space.
(b) Penalty. Whoever violates any provisions of this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
