(a) Adoption. The Rules of Order and Procedure approved by the City of Fairmont Planning Commission on September 21, 2022, be and the same are hereby adopted.
(b) Incorporation by Reference. A copy of the last aforementioned Rules of Order and Procedure approved by the Planning Commission on September 21, 2022, is attached to original Ordinance 1973, made a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth verbatim.
