107.99 PENALTY.

The penalties for violation of the financial disclosure provisions of Sections 107.11 to 107.13 are those penalties as provided for and set forth in West Virginia Code 6B-2-10(b) and (c) as follows:

Whoever violates any provision of Section 107.11 (f), being subsection (f) of West Virginia Code 6B-2-6, by willfully and knowingly filing a false financial statement, shall be deemed guilty of false swearing and shall be punished as provided in West Virginia Code 61-5-3.

If any person knowingly fails or refuses to file a financial disclosure statement required by Section 107.11 , being West Virginia Code 6B-2-6, such person shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
