106.01 REQUIRED OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   The following named City officials and employees shall each, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, give a good and sufficient surety company bond to the City duly approved by the City Attorney, and conditioned upon the faithful performance and discharge of their respective duties, and for proper application and payment of all money or property coming into their hands by virtue of their offices in the following minimum amounts:

   From and after the effective date of this section the City Manager shall have the power and authority to declare vacant the office of any of the above named officers or employees who fail to give bond as herein required.
