All of that portion of the City of Fairmont bounded and described as follows:
(a) Beginning at the point of intersection of Rheas Run and the West Fork River, and proceeding easterly 4,625 feet more or less to Fairmont Avenue, and proceeding easterly from Fairmont Avenue 1,351 feet more or less to the Fairmont City line at the confluence of the West Fork and Tygart Rivers, and proceeding clockwise along the Fairmont City line to Kennywood Drive, and proceeding northerly along Kennywood Drive to Rheas Run, and proceeding easterly along Rheas Run 2,302 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
(b) All that portion of the City of Fairmont bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Fairmont City line and NASA Boulevard and proceeding clockwise along the Fairmont City line to the point of beginning.
