Beginning at the point of intersection of Carriage Drive and the Fairmont City line, and proceeding southerly along Carriage Drive to Wakefield Road, and proceeding easterly along Wakefield Road to Broadview Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Broadview Avenue to Circle Drive, and proceeding easterly along Circle Drive to Locust Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Locust Avenue to Sands Drive, and proceeding easterly along Sands Drive to Avalon Road, and proceeding easterly along Avalon Road to Henry Drive, and proceeding southerly along Henry Drive to the intersection of 9th Street, and proceeding easterly 411 feet more or less along 9th Street, and proceeding easterly along 9th Street to Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and proceeding northerly along Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to 3rd Street, and proceeding easterly along 3rd Street to Monongahela River, and proceeding southerly along Monongahela and West Fork Rivers to Fairmont Avenue, and proceeding westerly along the West Fork River 4,577 feet more or less, and proceeding southerly 2,315 feet more or less along Rheas Run to the Fairmont City line, and proceeding clockwise along the Fairmont City line to the point of beginning.
