Beginning at the point of intersection of Buffalo Creek and the Fairmont City line, and proceeding southerly along Buffalo Creek to Pennsylvania Avenue, and proceeding southerly along Pennsylvania Avenue to Quincy Street, and proceeding southerly along Quincy Street to Madison Street, and proceeding westerly along Madison Street to High Street, and proceeding westerly along High Street to Weather Wax Street, and proceeding southerly along Weather Wax Street to Cleveland Avenue, and proceeding southerly along Cleveland Avenue to Everest Drive, and proceeding southerly along Everest Drive 1,436 feet more or less and proceeding westerly 143 feet more or less to Virginia Avenue, and proceeding southerly along Virginia Avenue to 5th Street, and proceeding westerly along 5th Street to Benoni Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Benoni Avenue to McNeely Street, and proceeding northerly along McNeely Street to Emerson Street, and proceeding westerly along Emerson Street to Rose Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Rose Avenue to Emerson Street, and proceeding northerly along Emerson Street to Locust Avenue, and proceeding westerly along Locust Avenue to Talbott Court, and proceeding northerly along Talbott Court to Field Street, and proceeding northerly along Field Street to Allegheny Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Allegheny Avenue 897 feet more or less, to Cleveland Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Cleveland Avenue to United States Route 250, and proceeding northerly along United States Route 250 to the Fairmont City line, and proceeding easterly along the Fairmont city line to the point of beginning.
