Any person who shall request the production of records from the City of Fairmont pursuant to the provisions of Chapter §29B Freedom of Information of the West Virginia Code shall be charged the following fees which are reasonably calculated to reimburse the City of Fairmont for its actual costs in making reproductions of the records.
(a) $1.25 per 8 ½ X 11 or 8 ½ X 14 page of photocopied material;
(b) $5.00 per recording for reproducing any electronic or digital recording regardless of the form or nature of the recording; and
(c) Actual invoiced cost charged the City of Fairmont for reproducing any photographs, maps, cards, books, or other documentary materials which cannot be reproduced by the City of Fairmont without the assistance of an outside source. (Ord. 1387. Passed 6-12-07.)
